Siddhant is an Indian-qualified lawyer and a registered Indian patent and trademark attorney. He is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.tech) specialised in Energy Technology/ Mechanical as well as a Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) specialised in Intellectual Property Rights. He also holds a Masters degree in law (LL.M) specialised in cyber laws. He is experienced in handling contentious as well as non-contentious patent matters before High Court of Delhi as well as Indian Patent Office. He is well versed in drafting legal and technical pleadings for patent litigation matters as well as preparing and filing pre/post-grant oppositions, revocations, and appeals in patent matters. He has prosecuted more than 350 patent applications in the fields of telecommunications, data processing, automobile, mechanical and medical devices, and has gained proficiency in understanding advanced engineering technologies and concurrently delivering legal advisory pertaining to the same. He is also well versed with product-to-patent-claim mapping for pre-litigation investigations. In his present role, Siddhant is entrusted with managing more than 70 high-stake litigation matters relating to standard essential patents, as well as mechanical, pharmaceuticals, and agro-chemical patents.
