Shruttima is a graduate of the BBA, LLB Programme of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2009-2014). She also has an LL.M. focused in Intellectual Property Law, Public Law, International IP Regime and Emerging IP Jurisprudence from NALSAR University of Law.

Shruttima joined Inttl Advocare in 2015 and has since been working in the Designs & Information Technology Team. She handles contentious and non-contentious matters involving intermediary liability and other allied issues, data protection and online privacy, protection and enforcement of client rights in matters such as domain name squatting, domain portfolio management, unlawful sale on online marketplaces as well as enforcement of registered designs.

Apart from advising clients on cyber and technology law disputes, she also handles trademark and other IP issues, appearing before Courts and Tribunals across India. She also handles matters pertaining to the Insecticides Act and related regulatory and compliance concerns.
