Sandhya is a registered Indian Patent Agent. She holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from University of Delhi. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in law and PG Diploma in IPR and Patent Management.

Currently, she has more than 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights especially, Patents. Prior to joining Inttl Advocare, she had vast experience in Patent Drafting, Patent Prosecution, Patent Opposition, and Patent Searching including Prior art Searches, Freedom-to-Operate Searches, Invalidity Searches, Landscapes etc. She has handled cross-domain matters including life sciences, mechanical, biomedical devices, textiles, FMCG etc of Indian and foreign jurisdictions including US, EP, MY, CN, RU etc. She is also well versed with NBA filings and microbial depositions.

She joined Inttl Advocare in 2023 and is working as part of the Patent Opposition and Litigation team.
