Sambhav Jain graduated in the year 2019 and joined INTTL Advocare as an Associate. He has two years of experience in the areas of intellectual property law. He advises various international and national clients on issues arising from infringement of trade marks, copyright and designs in India. He also handles several trade mark opposition proceedings, apart from contentious infringement suits.

He also had the opportunity and privilege to represent a well-known music company before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) with respect to fixation of statutory royalty rates for radio broadcast of sound recordings under Section 31D of the Copyright Act.
