Mohan Vegulaparanan brings more than three decades of Corporate experience having served leading Transnational Corporations like HJ Heinz Co., Pidilite Industries, Raymond and ABB.

During his illustrious Corporate career culminating in his appointment to the Board of Heinz India as Executive Director, he has headed Finance and Accts, HR & Admn., IT, Law, Corp. Affairs and Bus. Development (M&A).

Considered as a "go to" man, Mohan's significant achievements include successfully handling high profile Revenue, IPR and Commercial Contract matters, leading mission critical projects on M&A, Sarbanes' Oxley Act, Strategic tie-up and Business Restructuring, Initial Public and Follow-on-Offering, Employee Engagement initiatives, Performance & Talent Management, developing strong second level leadership pipeline, Crisis Management and Corporate Communication.

Since joining Inttl Advocare in 2015 as Partner, he is responsible for setting up and growing the Mumbai Branch ably supported by a team of young professionals and delivering best-in class advisory and advocacy support to reputed clients on matters spanning IPR prosecution & litigation, Commercial contracts and Legal Metrology.

Mohan holds first class degree in Science and a Post Graduate in Corporate Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries, India. His interests apart from grooming young professionals, include reading, classical music and sports.
