Ms. Mamta Rani Jha, Senior Partner at Inttl Advocare, leads the firm's litigation and opposition practice, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law. A Gold Medalist in B.Sc. (Zoology), Mamta has built a reputation for her exceptional expertise in patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and emerging technologies, including AI, NFTs, and blockchain.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has represented top global companies across a wide range of industries in over 500 landmark IP cases, contributing significantly to shaping Intellectual Property Law in India. In addition to her litigation prowess, Mamta provides specialized guidance in areas such as IP licensing, auditing, contract negotiation, business evaluation, and anti-counterfeiting measures.

As the first Indian member of the AIPPI Bureau, Mamta holds a prominent place in the international IP community. She is actively involved in major international IP associations like AIPPI, APAA, and INTA, where she has authored influential publications and held leadership positions, including serving as the Chairperson of the Oppositions & Cancellations Sub-Committee of INTA's Enforcement Committee.
