Kartikay holds a Master of Law degree in IP and tech law from University of Pennsylvania, an engineering degree in electronics and electrical from BITS-Pilani and an LLB degree from ILS Law School, Pune. He is enrolled with Delhi Bar as an advocate, and he is also a registered patent agent. With more than 5 years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation in the United States and India, his technical expertise includes electronics, electrical, ICT, mechanical and computer science. He also has experience in contentious matters pertaining to patent against the Indian Patent Office before other forums. He provides litigation advisory services to clients in the SEP/FRAND space in India and helps them in creating effective enforcement strategies.
