Harshneet has completed her B.A. L.L.B. Programme from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (GGSIPU) (2016-2021). Thereafter she pursued her Masters with specialization in Intellectual Property Laws from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur

With a special interest in Trademark and Copyright issues and Commercial laws, in general, she has been involved in drafting legal opinions with respect to online intermediaries for Copyright & IT law matters, protection of Traditional knowledge, access and benefit sharing mechanisms, Standard Essential Patents etc. She has also worked on memorandums, legal and regulatory compliances and comments on draft bills including the latest 'Digital Personal Data Protection Bill 2022'.

She joined Inttl Advocare in 2022 and is working as part of the Trade Mark Prosecution team.
