Garima is an Advocate practicing before Delhi High Court and various other Courts of India. She is also a qualified Patent Agent. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences and subsequently she has done her LLB Hons from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. She has also cleared Joint CSIR-UGC NET in Life Sciences with an all India Rank of 41.

She joined Inttl Advocare in 2022 and is working as a part of the Patent Litigation Team. She regularly appears before the Delhi High Court and various other District Courts of Delhi and forums, including Controller of Patents predominately advocating on Intellectual property matters.
