Anindhya specializes in handling complex matters before the Trade Marks Registry, as well as contentious cases before Courts and Tribunals, apart from handling enforcement actions. She leads the Bengaluru branch of the firm and is adept at providing strategic & comprehensive opinions to brand owners and IP stakeholders, in a wide range of IP matters, including Trade Mark, Copyright & Design Prosecution, Opposition and Litigation, apart from GI.

An alumnus of Amity Law School, GGSIPU, Anindhya has been working at Inttl since 2018. She also holds a Master�s Degree in Law from King's College, London, specializing in Comparative Intellectual Property and Information Law. Anindhya has been a guest faculty at premier law institutes and technical universities across the country and has delivered lectures on various IP subjects at different platforms including the Customs Offices and Police Academies. She has also presented several papers pertaining to IP law at different platforms and holds a diploma in Company Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws.

She is a member of the Advisory Board at The Contemporary Law Forum (TCLF), 2020.

Apart from having keen interest in Trade Marks and Copyright, she also enjoy travelling and theatre.
