Anandita has been associated with the firm since 2019. She has been advising, managing and maintaining IP portfolios of clients in diverse fields such as FMCGs, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Liquor, apparel, Electronics and engineering etc. Her practice encompasses on advising on all aspects of trademarks and designs prosecution including risk assessment searches, applications and filing, responding to office actions/provisional refusal, arguing before the Trade Marks Office and Design Office for acceptance of applications, strategic development and management of worldwide trademark and design portfolios along with related issues associated with the maintenance of registrations.

She received her law degree from Amity Law School, Noida. Thereafter, she graduated from University of California, Berkeley where she pursued Masters in Law (LLM) with a concentration in Law and Technology (IP).

Her diverse education and inquisitive attitude brings on the table a unique combination of skill sets to legal expertise along with a client friendly approach.
