Akanksha is an attorney with over 11 years of experience in handling all aspects of trademark prosecution and opposition. She has represented several renowned domestic and international brands across industries on the multi-jurisdictional protection of their trademarks. She routinely advises clients on brand adoption, launch risks, protection and commercialization. She has also authored articles on IPR published on various platforms. She currently co-heads the trade mark prosecution team.

She received her law degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Thereafter, she also received her Post Graduate Diploma in IPR Laws from NLSIU, Bengaluru and Advanced Diploma in Media Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad.
