Waseem is a practising lawyer with more than 8 years' experience in intellectual property litigation. He received his early education in the picturesque city of Mysore, Karnataka, before proceeding to study law at the prestigious National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) in Kolkata.

After graduating from NUJS in 2014, Waseem joined the Delhi-NCR office of INTTL Advocare. Here, he leads a talented team within the firm's litigation department, handling contentious trade mark, design, and copyright matters, as well as trade mark opposition proceedings. Waseem also has experience in both IP licensing and transactional issues, making him a valuable member of the firm.

Waseem is not only a skilled attorney but also a dedicated member of the legal community. After joining INTTL Advocare, he helped compile Lawctopus' module on Trade Marks law and practice, demonstrating his commitment to staying current in his field. During his studies at NUJS, he also made time to volunteer as a teacher at Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA), imparting his knowledge to underprivileged children preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

In his leisure time, Waseem pursues his love of football through his participation as both a player and manager of a Noida-based team. He also spends his free hours by following discussions and writings on various themes in history, psychology and international affairs.
