Shivam is a graduate of B.Tech. LL.B. (Hons.) programme from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun (2015-2021).

He is a qualified patent attorney having background of Computer Science. He has been part of Patent Prosecution Team of Inttl Advocare since 2022 and currently looking after filing, examination of a patent application including patentability search, drafting and managing other prerequisite tasks. He has one prior year working experience in United States trademark prosecution.
