Niharika pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Hons) from A.R.S.D. College, University of Delhi and then went on to study LLB from Indraprastha Law College, Greater Noida.

She has joined in 2022 as an associate and is working as a part of the trade mark opposition and litigation team.
